There should also be news about what happened last week in Natchez:

there was a meeting Tuesday last week in Natchez that was supposed to be a day of demo/meetings...

it stretched into several days: then there was no PR released at all. The host companies (USSE and SSTP) are in Natchez, MS.

However, it is interesting to note that the host company's website was updated... it now lists senior management with some new names added... from the list of the following participants who were at the meeting:

Look at all this new knowledge, expertise, experience and Management skills recenly added to USSE.

Jim Blair
CEO & CFO, Biocentric Energy
Jim Blair has been working in business restructuring for over 20 years and recently was the lead member of the team that constructed and commissioned the largest biodiesel plant in the U.S. Prior to joining USSEC, Jim was CFO and Project Manager of SoyMor, LLC, a 30 million gallon per year biodiesel company that produces biodiesel and other soy value added products. He was also one of the founders of Freedom Fuels, a 30 million gallon per year biodiesel company. At Freedom Fuels, Jim established the business plan, raised the necessary funds for plant construction, selected the process, developed procurement strategies, had responsibility for all personnel and facilities during construction and plant start-up, and negotiated commodity and biodiesel sales contracts with third-party vendors. Prior to SoyMor, LLC, Jim worked as a CFO of a 40 million gallon per year ethanol plant. Additionally, Jim has experience in the dairy, plastics and aluminum foundry industries. He has served on the National Biodiesel Board and participated in the Minnesota Governor's Biodiesel Task Force. After leaving the SoyMor project he partnered with Mike LoCascio and formed Core Ventures Renewable Fuels, a renewable fuels project development organization. Jim has a BA in Economics & Business from Macalester College, St. Paul, MN (1985) and a MBA from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse (2003).

Jack Tortorice
President, Biocentric Energy
Jack Tortorice is a seasoned executive with a powerful combination of national sales and marketing experience with such companies as Xerox Corporation, Automatic Data Processing, Avery International, and Global Crossings. Jack has in-depth operational abilities in HR, MIS, corporate development, product management, along with product development, customer relations, sales analysis, forecasts, budget planning, recycling and wastes handling, business building and permitting with overall over budget planning and management. Most recently, Jack was president and board member of Automated Technology, where he launched new ventures and raised $5 million in seed capital. Prior to that, Jack founded and was CEO of Worldwide Wireless Networks, where he took the company public (company was ultimately acquired by Covad). Jack has an MBA from Pepperdine University (Malibu, CA) and a BA in business and economics from Edinboro University (Edinboro, Scotland).

Mike LoCascio
CTE, Biocentric Energy
Mike LoCascio has spent over 10 years working as a sales engineer in the water treatment and specialty chemicals area with the last 5 of those years dedicated exclusively to designing environmentally compliant water treatment systems for ethanol processing facilities. Mike was directly involved in consulting on the design and process engineering of 34 ethanol projects during that time. Mike was the first sales engineer in his company's history to achieve sales in excess of $1 million dollars in a year. He achieved that goal 4 years in a row and was awarded sales engineer of the year in 2003. After leaving the specialty chemical sales field, Mike partnered with Jim Blair to form Core Ventures Renewable Fuels. Mike has a BS in Nuclear Engineering from Iowa State University (1989). Mike served 5 years active duty in the United States Marine Corps and 3 years in the reserves.

Mark Palmer
Mark Palmer has brought 30 new ethanol plants on line safely and effectively in 4 years, including 3 expansions. Capacity of these plants ranged from 20 MMGY to 100MMGY. Specifically, Mark's expertise includes hydrostatic and pneumatic testing of vessels and process service lines, loop checking all instruments and valves to the DCS, calibrating all instruments, making RO water and running water throughout plants to begin the ethanol process, trouble shooting electrical and mechanical problems, directing construction to areas in need of attention, directing/managing start up personnel and troubleshoot process opportunities. Mark has also certified contracted plant capacity and proficiency and documented start up procedures. Mark has a BA in Industrial Technology from Bemidji State University (2000) and an MS in Industrial Technology from University of Wisconsin (2002).

Kurt Peet
Kurt Peet has extensive experience in sophisticated finacial transactions, market research and analysis and sales and marketing management. Over his long career he has helped companies go public, launched mergers and acquisitions and managed sales and marketing departments that individually generated over $800 million in annual sales. Additionally, Kurt has over 20 years experience in the "green" and bio-fuels markets.

BRAVO... stay tuned for something to break this week! The other attendees at the gathering:

* The Dominican Republic Contingent - Mr. D. Rodriguez - National Commissioner of Energy from the Dominican Republic, and Admiral Rahamas Lora, who will accompany Mr. A. Zucco - Secretary of Energy from the Dominican Republic. In my personal opinion, it is just a matter of time before USSE announces some type of a Deal with the Dominican Republic. Some say it could be a Billion or multi Billion Dollar Deal. It makes sense, JR has a long, past association with Dominican Republic. The country is in poverty due to their Energy System in disarray and on the verge of collaspe. They have been searching for an Energy Solution, and fully understand that to raise their country out of poverty they need a workable and reliable Energy Power Source. Domincan Republic Officials were in Natchez for meetings several weeks ago.

* Paul McGuire - He was a top bigshot with General Electric for years. He could provide instant validity from a Corporate perspective.

* Jerry Bloom - A highly respected Energy Lawyer. Also has contacts with Gov. Schwarzenegger and California, which is at the head of the national Green Movement. Yet, most important, he is a representative from U.S. Military Procurement Department.

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Amid all the bad news, there might be some good news ahead for those who are GREENS, for those who are fed up with the geopolitics of oil, and fed up with our nation being (or soon to be) hostage to the oil-thug nations who hate us!

There could be some interesting pyrotechnics by the 4th of July this year! And they might be very environmentally friendly and in our BEST national interests!

Do these stocks gap up today? Do they run this week on one, or more, PRs released at intervals disclosing what has happened? disclosing a new reality in biofuels? Could be very interesting...

because if they keep trying long enough... and they are trying... something HAS to break out sooner or later!
