DPDW is building a one stop shop combining specialized and rapidly growing companies that have amazing synergies. Together they reduce each others operation costs while increasing efficiency and customer service.

i see Mako Tech as being the ROV arm of DPDW. Deep Down designs and manufactures ROV tools and accessories which will save Mako Tech money. Mako Tech owns ROVs which Deep Down will use for installations and servicing. Instead of equipment that DPDW either used to rent or pay someone for it is now in house and vice versa with Mako Tech. there are a lot more synergies, inlcuding those with Electrowave.
