your comments or at least the way you say them are extremely obnoxious. Are you being paid by the word with extra credit for mean words? You've been in this mode for over a month now so I flet like I should say something.

Back to reality, I would assume there are some provisions related to the registration usually tied to making commercially reasonable efforts to get the registration done in a timely fashion. And of course too long of a delay would not be good and of course there are issues if the SEC findings are adverse to Wave. I have not seen the specifics to know what remedies there are.
