BANY - Here's a "lotto" pick for you but it's a relatively safe lotto play and a filing company that's been under a bit of accumulation by insiders and retail both and is bouncing at its base between .003 and .004. I's been .004 all day. I picked up a couple hundred worth hoping to double it over the next few weeks. If it holds its current base, it could do well with decent news.
