KONASTRAT, I would probably agree that some people who post questions on the message board are unwilling to call the company and get "an answer". Even if they were to demand "an answer".
For some, I would be willing to bet that (unfortunately - even under new management) "an answer" from a company representative would be no less "speculative" than that from an anonymous message board poster.
Under some management styles, if there is information to disseminate from a publicly traded company, it is done through public channels and not private phone calls. Lack of this information sharing could lead to speculation.
