This one too might be a good bottom play. It's up slightly above its 3 year base price low of .165 with lots of insider accumulation at .2 to .24 this month. Also.......PAR Investment Partners picked up an additional 2 million (D) and 4 million (I) to add to their 22 million shares already owned as 10% owners of the company.
