UDTT - Universal Detection Services insider buy of 100,000,000 shares at .006 on 2/9 by the president/ceo and these were (D) direct (P) purchases too. So since then.........the pps has dropped to .002 and the company has had two prs announcing massive dilution by increasing the A/S from Four Hundred Eighty Million (480,000,000) to Twenty Billion (20,000,000,000) and a reverse split of 200:1. Look the filings over.
