Keep dreaming. My guess and opinion is that Pillay bought this shell because it was basically free, a good business move for an exchange in office equipment instead of having to pony up $500,000 or more for a clean shell. But what he didn't expect was Pino/Cerda and all the following problems. All of this is still not being disclosed but like I said he could have bought a clean shell from the start or ran this through WMDH. He might of thought he was getting a shell for virtually nothing which he could turn around and sell. But with Pino nothing ever works out easy. Lol
