The point is that there are a lot of rumors, speculations, allegations and accusations being stated as fact that simply are not fact. No one here really knows. Not liking or disagreeing with the Board's decisions is one thing, but it is hard to state as fact that they are the wrong decisions without knowing the whole picture. We may not ever know the whole picture. Few companies release sensitive proprietary information. The decisions may have been ill-advised, but certainly not actionable with the information we currently have. In the end, each person will have to evaluate and prioritize the pro's and the con's of the proposal, and then either vote for or against. Let's not slit our own throats in the process.
