Last month when I mentioned to you that most of the CDN brokers would soon have a list of 3000 restricted symbols. When I was at a couple of the head offices that day it was mentioned that they consider the cost of clearing to high for the dollar value of commission. I also suspect that it has something to do with policy change at Penson.
