Maybe, I've never heard of that. Here, for instance, you have JR owning 450 million shares without a Form 3 filed. After October 11 last year, he told me he had bought another 80 million (free trading) and was still buying. No Form 4 either.

Nothing wrong with all this besides the obvious -- and that's wrong with the whole marketplace (pink).
