eli, Basically an Email from Dan Kenney to Lou stated that there will continue to be the ERHC CEO updates and he ought to look forward to the next one within a "few weeks".

However, Dan K added not to expect any major PR initiatives from ERHC, which would invite the scrutiny of the investment community, until after the DOJ/SEC investigations are completed and the CEO situation becomes permanent.
