We have had discussion / comments on this board regarding DOJ investigations and how many are never publicly closed / completed. What if ERHC never gets a formal / public announcement that the DOJ investigation is over? What time frame are we speaking about since it has been stated it could drag on for many years? As such, I don't see how we can be reliant on their clearing our name to be able to publish new PR's. I would hope we are near putting the investigation to bed but I am taking the pessimistic view that it is going to take possibly years to get this resolved. Is the right of habeas corpus suspended in these ivestigations so that we never know specifically what they were looking for or some defined timeframe they have to find their evidence or close the investigation? If investigation was due to STP AG report or at the behest of "big oil" they really have put us in a spot where we seem to have no rights in getting the action resolved in a timely manner.
