We are pitting ourselves against people in the 'know' who control when and if any stock goes UP or DOWN in pps. Now that the SEC has F I N A L L Y agreed that the grandfather will be removed, we will have to wait at least 60 - 90 days to see any benefit from the change. Proceedural timetable is slow to implement. When I have more funds available I will be buying more cheap shares soon. MHO - RTB
