A regulator may take an interest in the case -- the United States Trustee's office. At a minimum, an independent trustee if the bankruptcy goes forward.

Everytime I start talking to someone, I look at their post history. I forget sometimes that the free memberships can't do that.

I probably don't have the documents you are looking for. My associates are involved post-alleged fraud blitz.
