Yes, you did give that evidence. Thank you for your honesty, but, I wish you would have made it clear there was association earlier. That's not fair. (particularily when you are giving advice). BUT, I assume your wise enough to have judged in advance that your association could not be adversarial to anyone here. Your not a lawyer you already said. I assume you are a banker or associated with the TA. (what else)

Major, how would you feel if a state relgulator in Texas took an interest in this matter? Would that impair your interests? If SH's couldn't, I would also assume that wouldn't. Speculating. If that were the case, how amenable would you be to faxing documents or sending information directly to a regulatory body to bypass any risk you see in passing them directly to me?
Or we could set up an escrow and place a bet. Winner gets the documents.
