Harris and Thales are not meant to be GlobeTel's competition in this picture, rather they are all part and parcel of the bigger interoperable military communications picture. Harris and Thales have the means to produce the numerous handheld radio units, whereas GlobeTel does not. GlobeTel has the HotZone technology, whereas Harris and Thales do not. Each company is doing what it can to contribute to the overall picture. There are a lot of background efforts in the works.
...and when I use a question mark ? after typing HotZone, it means that I am not "spreading false hopes with no supporting evidence on this board.", as you put it...I am just speculating, whereas you, sir, are stretching it!
