A clean break from Stanton is just not possible. He's going to want more money now than what he invested based on all the latest events. And USSE has no means to give that money back right now having spent a majority of it with no current revenues to pay the remaining back.

As long as Stanton can't proceed with a hostile takeover (assuming he can't b/c I'm sure there are measures to prevent this), it doesn't affect us if he owns shares or not. I could care less as long as he doesn't have any say in management decisions.
