I think Roger will do a reverse split before long. There are too many zeros to the right of the decimal place. He has to do whatever it takes to keep this thing alive long enough to see the stonewall lawsuit through to completion.

What he might do is play a game where he does a reverse split and a major dilution at the same time. Make it look like the stock jumped, while at the same time raising some cash. He's already authorized two billion shares, now all he needs is the opportunity to sell some of them. A reverse split could create the smoke & mirrors environment he needs to do that.

Another possibility is that he could do a reverse split, then immediately exercise his 50:1 conversion rights on some (or all)of his pref A.
