Sorry Luckydude, I should have read the thread more completely.

C'mon Jon, you and i both know that approval for final mining is going to take longer than is expected. I still refer back to my earlier post.

And Nooooooo I am not bashing. This is a realistic presentation from not only past experience, but from also what has been posted in the past.

Follow threads, do DD when it is handed to you. I am not saying Mr. Berman and Russell Ind will fail, but the realistic view is that in 45-60 days drilling permits will be granted. ONLY drilling permits. Why?

This is not gold, silver, copper, tin, lead, or whatever else you might imagine. This is radioactive material being pilled from the ground. Think the feds might just want some tight control?

Here is a real happening in the world with radioactivity. I live within 10 miles of TMI(Three Mile Island). For the most part things are okay except for my neighbors maple tree. The leaves should be about 3" across for the Silver Maple he has. Instead they are 8" across. Results of the RAD leak. Any of you know about RAD exposure?

When it rains, I turn on my old Civil Defense Radiometer and can watch the count go up.

NOW, why would anyone give anyone a permit to bring radioactivity out of the ground without proper precautions? It used to happen, but not anymore.

Don't expect to see mining soon. What can be expected is exactly what Rick Berman said in his PR. Application for drilling permits. That's good though that the claims have gotten this far.
