I look for insider filings at the J3SG site and it may offer a good opportunity at some point in time but it's infrequent.

http://www.j3sg.com/index.php

And...............I often skim through the Edgar site:
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=&CIK=&type=4+&owner=include&count=40...

It's time consuming and the only filter I've discovered is form specific. I search through form 4s only and that helps, but I believe that every reporting company out there files via this site and that means going through all the caps, large, small and micro. The micros are usually reporting awarded stock aquisitions and seldom actual (P) purchases. Have you come across any other way to filter or is there another site that lists their pps filtered insider filings? Great board but we could use more input from others willing to do the filing dd. I can't spend all day every day doing it or I would. This board could be the perfect answer to finding the companies to be in before the pr pumps take place and if a few of us were doing the filing dd, we could maybe cover the sec fully on a daily basis. I'm not a paying member of i-hub yet so I can't pm you or I would. What are your thoughts?
