this looks like admitting wrong doing to me (etrade). I bought 50,000 shares of AMGG at 0.002 could not sell at 0.004 while 0.0043 was printing with NITE on bid at 0.004 and etrade on ask at 0.0043 until this email to them.. From: E*TRADE Customer Service
