I think you correct DOLPHY, If I was the bank, I'd test it in a bank for a couple weeks to make sure it work be for signing anything and rolling it out to all banks.

It needs to be good for both parties. And then, lookout! once they start using it in all those banks and other foreign banks hear about it and want it, we're off to the races. It's the number of transactions that count, because the rate per transaction will be low. JMO
