I dont even know what they mean by a "pilot project" Do they not have confidence in the product to put it on stream right away? Could it be that the pilot project is the real thing but is being tried with one or two banks instead of 20 banks all at once. Can such a pilot project generate a profit? They also said nothing on the lead time to get the pilot project moving or the time required for assessment to decide on full scale operation.
