Golden Arch Resources Asks California Courts for Relief
Tuesday March 6, 1:28 am ET

LOS ANGELES, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 6, 2007 -- Former Safe Environment Engineering, Canada, Inc. (SEECAN) President George Sharp announced today that the Defendants in a civil action he has filed for Breach of Contract and Fraud have acknowledged the action within a motion filed on February 28, 2007. As previously announced on December 5, 2006, Mr. Sharp has named Golden Arch Resources, Limited (CDNX:GAI.V - News), its President Les Kjosness and Rod Blake, an account manager in the Vancouver office of Canaccord Capital Corp., as Defendants in the Los Angeles County Division of California Superior Court action (Docket No. BC362855).

In his complaint, Sharp alleges that the Defendants deceived him in order to relieve Safe Environment Engineering, Canada, Inc. (SEECAN), a delisted Vancouver entity, of its mineral properties, including the Abbott-Wagner and Red Elephant claims. Sharp accuses the Defendants of making false representations in order to induce him to accept the position of President and enable the Defendants to maneuver the properties away from SEECAN. Sharp alleges that Kjosness and Blake never had any intention of reviving SEECAN as a significant business and that his hire was only to be used as a pawn in the scheme.

The Defendant's Motion to Quash Service of Summons asks the Court to dismiss Sharp's complaint on the grounds that the case should not be heard in California at all, even though they admit to meeting with Sharp in Los Angeles to discuss SEECAN. Amongst the false statements made within the Motion is a claim that SEECAN does no business in California. In reality, SEECAN's business in California with Safe Environment Engineering, Inc., a California Corporation, and Safe Environment Engineering, LP, a California Limited Partnership has been well documented in the press and regulatory filings over the previous 8 years and litigation between SEECAN and the California companies is still ongoing. Furthermore, SEECAN Director, Marshall Goldblatt is a resident of California. Defendant Les Kjosness claims to have no business in California, even though he is a Director of SEECAN which most definitely has business in California.

Mr. Sharp commented, "I am flabbergasted by the Defendants' argument against California jurisdiction. Although Golden Arch may or may not have current business in California, its agent did recruit me in California and it most definitely does have business in Arizona and Nevada. An honorable defense in California should not be a burden."

Mr. Sharp went on to say, "I trust that the shareholders of Golden Arch appreciate that someone is keeping them apprised of the ongoing litigation."
