Just received this today from ST:

Thank you for your email. Scottrade's Reorganization Department is currently working to distribute the shares to the numerous clients who have been waiting on this issue. You will eventually see an entry in your Scottrade account showing receipt of the shares and then an immediate removal of the shares for delivery.

As these shares are restricted, they cannot be held in nor sold through a Scottrade account.

Scottrade is not offering any alternative or rush delivery options. The certificates will be sent via US Mail to the address of record for the accounts in question. We do appreciate your patience in this matter and we are happy that this issue is finally being resolved.

Notice there is no date give as to when they will be sent out!!
