I think we might see some upward movement toward the end of this week. Maybe, .0006-.0007 come Friday. If in fact everything is agreed upon, completed, and recieves the Judge's final approval on Wednesday June 20th. Imagine what a PR Thursday saying the company will be coming out of BK with the share structure intact could do for the PPS. It would probably take us past the .001 mark would be my guess. The only negative I see is the fact that this is a pink, and many investors are weary of pinks for good reason. That being said, the company is close to having 2005-2006 audited financial completed. Does any know if there is a time frame for a company who has emerged from BK must wait before applying for a higher exchange listing? Say, pink to BB status.
