2C, yes no blame, but some responsibility has to be taken when we all call Jeremy and he tells us that a PR is coming directly from Russian on Thursday or Friday of next week. Another week and no news. Obviously, Jeremy does not know, and should say so. No need for anyone to call him because he is useless.
