Regarding ownership of SSTP by USSE, I think that would be a valuable piece of information to use in valuing their respective share prices. I haven't been following SSTP, mostly because I consider it to be the crippled sister of USSE, attached at the waist, but with only one heart, which is on USSE's side. But it should be known, through the TA or someone else, how much SSTP is owned by USSE. After all, that's what shareholders of USSE got instead of the SSTP dividend, one for one, that was promised. If USSE is the majority owner of SSTP, then you could buy both at once by buying USSE. If this company would just open its books and start producing revenues, I could get interested. I'm probably not the only one.
