No filings so no definite numbers. But, USSE has about 1.5 billion shares outstanding and SSTP about 1.3 billion. They say that 93% is USSE owned but they're really saying somewhere like that number are closely held. Rivera and Stanton (plus any other insiders -- Kelmer/Thomasson, etc.) probably hold 5-600 million together and USSE holds 600 million so there you are, 1.2 of 1.3.
