EZ. . .keep in mind, most IBD investors don't even begin purchasing a stock until the RSI is over 70. Of course, there are other parameters as well (which don't fit most OTC BB stocks) but I've found the most radical moves in stock take place when the RSI crosses the 70% line. And sometimes, the RSI can stay above the 70% line for weeks or months. It all depends on the market. Watch you PVI, MA, OBV, Momentum and NVI lines. Bollinger Bands are also a good one to keep an eye on. As all we know right now is. . .the charts are dictating somebody knows something. . .and somebody is buying a lot of HRCT shares. I don't think we'll see the low 20 cent range . . .ever again. Not with HRCT. We'll see.
