Has anyone tried to connect Mark Shaftlien, Ocean Avenue Advisors and the Investors? New Millenium Capital, and the three AJW Groups. I see that several are based at the same address in New York, except the AJW Offshore Ltd.
Also if you read the terms of many of the Ocean Avenue Advisors filings, the terms are extremely similar to GLBT's.
I also see that an Ira Miller owns 100% of Ocean's stock and I see a Corey S. Ribotsky is the signee of many SEC filings for the investors. Still digging.
