Thats why enforcement is so important. There are so many stocks out there they are only going to enforce the ones that people are kicking and screaming about. Thats why its important to file those complaints with the SEC. And if that grandfather clause is lifted now they can enforce to full extent.

I filed a complaint a while back re: GLBTs naked short position.
