Laugh as you will; no need to apologize. The web site devoted to the JV states that there is now a commercially operating network in Pachuca and that there has been for three months. That is a result that comes from this management team. Prove it for the shareholders. The 85 other units are not up and running, and I don't expect them to be.
The conservative numbers are for subscribership and do not relate to the issue as I see it. Right now I would be totally satisfied to see evidence of one paying subscriber, per the web site statement.
That is all I ask, or rather that is what I demand. Why is that a problem for them, for you, or for anyone? Until I see it, it does not exist.
This new management has been pulling the strings all along. They are responsible for marching out the circus that has entertained us thus far. It has had all the ear marks of a pump and dump. I have no reason to believe that VPN is not above making that kind of easy money themselves. I regard this as within the realm of possibilities. Not a forgone conclusion and I sincerely hope that this is not true, but you know the saying: fool me once, shame on you....
I know to some this is heresy. However, this not a matter of faith, this is a matter of business, where anything is possible. It is the risk we take; I'm looking for some substantial reassurance.
