I stated my position. If you are a shareholder, you are probably contributing to YOUR shares remaining very low in price. Or (as just a question) could you possibly be one of the ones that could want to hurt BDGR for possible future benefit - BUT not to the current shareholders.

How long did it take you to start baiting/bashing/etc. Lou after he became a member of the BoD?

I also request that you indicate where I have pumped BDGR, or made positive comments about anyone other than thanking Lou and requesting that he be given some time for him to do what he is suppose to do.

ALSO, YOU CANNOT point to a singe reference that I have made (up or down) about the person that you asked me if I were related to him. You can GO STRAIGHT TO HE##.

Do you really know what the 1st amendment contains,AND the limitations thereof.

I merely stated some facts about some items and what would/could happened. If you are truly a shareholder, then unless you want your shares to be worth less than $0.01/sh; then you better do some DD in the legal world, i.e. how BDGR and other referenced companies are legally structured. If they are seperate intities, you and I will lose. If they are tied together in certain ways, (and if they have a positive asset value) then after the lawyers, and everyone else are paid, we (the BDGR shareholders) can expect possibly to get a little money in 5-7 years from the date of the suit.

GO CHECK OUT all the lawsuits filed against the .com companies, the airlines on the frequent flyer programs, CPQ (now owned by HP), WMS, the Harford Insurance Co., the State Farm Insurance, etc. the plastic pipe company, the asbestos companies. My brother got "ZIPPO FROM WR GRACE = bankrupt", but he has asbestos lung cancer. Check these out, do some DD, before you exercise the 1st amendment, if you give a da## about BDGR shareholders.

Have a nice day and at least let Lou try to do something positive for shareholders!!!!!!!!!
