Okay NEC that's one whose paying IDCC currently for 3G...WAIT A SEC -- you said "they will pay IDCC some $140 Million in recurring 3G revenue in Fiscal 2004." So I'm to presume you're projecting this 2004 revenue based on the fact that NEC has paid IDCC how much in 2003 for 3G licensing?

Hey, I'm sure the NEC 3G agreement calls for some form of arbitration (there's that word again) to settle any disputes. Maybe even another MFL clause based upon who is the dominant cellphone producer at the moment.

I'm just not sure.
