I bought 500 shares of SWNE in my ETrade.
Showing 1 share of MCII. I fired off an email to them. Their reply was

"Thank you for your message regarding the shares of MCII in your account. Our records indicate that there was a 1 for 500 reverse split for MDII on 6/04/2007. As a result, you now hold 1 share of MCII."

I have sent a new message pointing out the "no shareholder below 500" clause and waiting for a reply.
