All I can say is believe it. Dutchess uses 1-2 MMs to sell their shares and those recent "mini-lots" seem to be coming from those MMs.
The small amounts hold true with Dutchess's tactic of keeping the stock price level while selling into strength.
Dutchess uses limit orders, just as anyone would would on a low volume stock. Otherwise they risk taking a loss on their shares if they sold too much too fast.

Assuming no news, I'm guessing we'll see this game all through the summer. Hopefully the General has something positive for us soon.
