The selling is basically by one entity, Dutchess. They have a pattern of selling a few days of the week, mainly Mon-Thur and they usually rest on Friday. They are not stupid, Dutchess won't sell too much in one day as to let the stock price go too far south. They are still getting a discount on the shares and want to maximize their return.

Buyers are covering the sales very quickly, thats why we had that mini rally last Friday. The fact that the stock price has held through Dutchess's selling over the last 6 months says that we have plenty of interest to hold at these levels.

Imagine the upward pressure on the price if Virtra brings on their better quarters, promotions, larger contracts and trade show media coverage. Most don't remember, but this same pattern happened before in 2003 around this same time of the year. The stock went from 9c to 40c in a matter of a few months and held for over a year. I think VTSI can repeat this pattern if things go well this year.
