Have been in this stock for a very long time. 1/3 of my holdings go long term as of next week.
I actually got through to Don yesterday for the first time ever after telling the secretary I was with Looking Glass Security. He almost hung up when he realized I was just a measly shareholder. I asked him some questions regarding the business model and how it was going to try and soften the tone before my hard questions. When I brought up DTC's and NOBO lists and the potential short which still exists I thought I was going to send him to the hospital for another coronary procedure. He went through the roof and said he is sick and tired of trying to force the squeeze and when he did he was delisted. The NOBO showed a NONO of 11 million shares and he believes a vast majority of it is still there. He is wearing down on the short issue.
All personal opionions below so tear them apart:
I agree with ZEROBIT that we may need to manufacture this squeeze ourselves at this point. Which brokerages do we believe are short? I think everyone agrees on Ameritrade. Correct? Any others? Scottrade or Etrade?
I think all of the below must occur after the June 15 record date.
I think the Dec. 31 divy was for share count and you will need to send in $20 to receive this one (Don't bitch at me, I didn't choose the format).
Don't know what I think about May 10th divy.
The dividend for June 15th will then be sent to brokerages to try and see where the difference falls out on the number of shares requested between the Dec 31 divy and the June 15th divy.
I think after June 15 let's say June 18th for the hell of it, all those with shares in Ameritrade at a minimum need to request their shares be moved to a brokerage firm (Choicetrade, Fidelity or Schwab) which is believed not to be short HVLN prior to the restricted shares hitting the Ameritrade account. May be a good idea for all long term holders to switch accounts on this one. I think it could send this into a pattern of chaos which is what we all want.
I do not like total share counts but could we tally those held in Ameritrade accounts to see what we are looking at?
I presently have 98,300 in Ameritrade which will be going to Choicetrade.
Thoughts or feelings would be great. I think it is time to become as proactive as we can be.
Please don't bash InsideInfo too much I think he or she may be BAMM reincarnated but it is always good to have new faces around that will spread the word about HVLN. Remember we need volume and volume comes through investors which we need more of currently.
