Thanks for your nice comments to me the last time you posted. I, too, agree with ootommy as regards the timing and the selling of stock at what seems to be an unnecessary discount to its value given the messages out of Lee. If you recall, I immediately raised the question, Why do the Now? as soon as the option PR was released.

Obviously, I'm an optimist by nature. I truly believe that things are MUCH better than they may appear -- which is why the $2.05 pricing seems to have no other reason than being related to keeping the options purchasable for employees during 2007-2008 low. To that I have no objection, as long as they produce revenue in multiples of tens of millions starting very very soon. Of course, if they don't, all this maneuvering is meaningless anyway.

Meanwhile MSFT and TCG have gotten together giving a more important to this dot discussed elsewhere by Nicknamen and Ramsey.
Q. What if Ido not have TPMsin all of my PCs?

A. Wave software was designed in such a way to dynamically "discover" the presence of a TPM
and install itself accordingly. Machines that contain TPMs will be able to take advantage of the extended NAC security that Wave ETS and EEE provides while PCs without TPMs will
enjoy the benefits of their leading NAC solution.

Meanwhile, I'll believe that those encrypted drives, which I've been requesting forever, will sell this year in the millions and next in the tens of millions --- and the piece will FINALLY fall into place. Yes, it is a time to be frustrated, but as Frank Herbert has taught me....Fear (and anger) are the great destroyers. They destroy reason and patience and tolerance.

I too wish that management hadn't created these breaches of trust, but I remember also my mother's wise cliche...If wishes were horses then beggars would ride.

We, the turtles, still move towards the waves...and all is far from lost..... Indeed, trusted computing becomes both more necessary and more likely every day. Our lenses have been darkened by events, but that does not mean the sun is not still shining. Looking forward to hearing SKS at the meeting.

I'm angry because the lack of transparancy has caused some people I know to sell shares in frustration, hurt others with margin calls down here, and just caused uneeded agita. Broken trust makes life much more difficult and can cycle out of control to the distress of all parties.

At the same time, it seems to me progress advances. Seagate is over a year late, but I'm hoping it makes this June our June still. The fact uncovered by Ramsey and Nicknamen that the TPM can be recognized by Wave's software
