I also think that if the Beta takes off they should institute a buyback! It would only take $100,000 to buy back one billion to start. If Beta does real well, they could buy back 1/2 of the shares and drive the price way up which would increase the value of the restricted shares tremendously! Any shares bought back should be cancelled also which would reduce the O/S. Just a thought.
