Lihkauai2004, When reading what can be a
lenghty SEC filing(s), these "foward looking statements", (see below), are always contained in the filings, to cover there azzes, and just my opinion. I do not think legal proceedings could be justified, under these circumstances. Mainlander made a simple point, though, about a Jay-mail, to me regarding "current scrutiny of Cornell", if you recall, and why, if the SEC had current scrutiny of Cornell, were the SH's not disclosed of this situation, only Jay? I wasn't smart enough to realize it at the time, but Mainlander made a very good point about such wishy-washy emails from J.
