As I said I dont doubt there is some dilution going on, heck you can find that out just by calling Investor Relations... But how much has that dilution contributed to the downward PPS action? Anyone know? Take a look at last months volume... does anyone know for sure what percentage of last months volume was due to dilution? Do you? All people can say is that "Dilution was going on" but noone has stated actual numbers why? Because they DONT KNOW. From what I saw of the action last month (observing level II) most of the major share dumping came from MM's that seemed to be intentionally trying to push down the PPS by dumping seemingly endless numbers of shares everytime the stock bottomed. Is that how companies dilute when they are trying to raise capital by selling shares? I could be wrong... call me crazy... but if I wanted to raise cash to finance operations via dilution, I wouldnt be dumping shares at the lowest PPS pushing the shareprice down.
