Yea, maybe the delay is due to trying to figure out who deserves the shares.

Ameritrade: We need 10 million divi shares.
DTCC: uhh??, the float is less than 3 million.
Ameritrade: Well, send us ALL of them.
DTCC: According to our records, you only have 100,000 real shares so you only get that much.
Ameritrade: NOOOO!!!
