I only had 2 shares MKAQ and my broker confirmed in writing that I will receive 100 shares of MAQC after they get them from DTC.

Question:
Hi, Today my account should reflect MAQC shares like other brokerages
have done at least, then when completed I should have 100 shares of MQAC
from my MKAQ shares. MKAQ changed to MAQC on 5/18/07 and filings state
"No stockholder will receive less than 100 shares of MAQC after
MKAQ 1-48 R/S"
