bulldog, from my experience I always managed to reach Yaacov by phone , also visitid the plant In Jerusalem 2 years ago.
about debt it might be hard to beleive but its true IMHO, we saw 2003 financials, we have 2004,2005,2006 which have boost sales and again IMHO already generating Revenues.

This board and members here are great, not said anything about bashing, but the credibilty issue here is way off limit, we do have updates alomst on everything going on, Yaacov had it's own reasons to delay financials and we might agree or not about it, but we see this issue is taken care of right now.
