Australia - Interesting theory, here is mine.

1- They will retire the 1 billion shares,
2- Get PAIM's lawyer to draw a case against the investor /buyer
3- Collect the divy they will give to shareholders
from the lawsuit
4- Pocket some money for operating income and charity
5- Lucky shareholder will make some money

Just my opinion and keeping this in the positive side
