This scumbag is lying to share holders. I believe that there were no such thing as cancelling 1,074,000,000 shares. I am suspicious that the PR will mislead us to believe it. In fact, PAIM may sell 1,074,000,000 more shares at .0005 to pocket $ 535200. Then, it will give dividend 0.01 for every 1000 common shares of PAIM which will cost PAIM only $ 160000 (assume 8 billion shares). That will give them $ 370000 capital to use or to spend.
This is just my theory. I could be wrong. The PPS is not moving because of that.
