Digital Fusion team wins $118M Army contract

A team led by Digital Fusion Solutions has been awarded the Integrated Test and Analysis Contract (ITAC) by the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC), the Huntsville company said Wednesday.

The total value of the contract, which has a five-year base period and one five-year option, is $118.7 million.

Digital Fusion Solutions' team members include AEgis Technologies Group, Analytical Services, CAS, deciBel Research, Millennium Engineering and Integration, and Maximum Technology, with Alion Science and Technology and CORD C3I as preferred vendors.

The directed subcontractors are Teledyne Brown Engineering, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and Raytheon.
